“Fantastic tour. Tiago was deeply knowledgeable and showed us great sites. It was wonderful to drive around and see much of the city and stop for great photo pops. It was also a special treat to go to an awesome seafood restaurant where the fish was very fresh and we were the only English speaking people. Highly recommended!”

“It was a well organised tour seeing many places in a small group. There were enough free time to roam around, taking photos or enjoying snacks like the pastel de nata.
Thanks to our guide Tiago, we learned a lot about the history of the Pena Palace and the glories of the royal family now disappeared in this country.
I would recommend this tour to anyone in particular if you stay in Lisbon for a short period of time.“

“My wife and I were very happy with the Sintra Tour with Tiago. Leading up to the trip Tiago responded quickly to all my questions and made things very easy by pre-purchasing the tickets for us. Tiago was very knowledgeable about the palace and the city, successfully guiding us through the fog, crowds and heavy traffic. We also had a great visit in Cascais including spectacular views, a great lunch and an ice cream spot away from all the crowds (Tiago knows the way). We would be very happy to take another tour with Tiago on our next visit to Portugal.“

“We had a fantastic day touring Porto with Tiago. First we walked through the historic area of the city with Tiago providing lots of historical information as well as personal insights from his time growing up there. His itinerary was very flexible and he was able to easily incorporate our requests into the tour. Later we drove to an amazing seafood restaurant for lunch and enjoyed fish that had been caught earlier that day. Tiago is very knowledgeable as well as charming – we enjoyed spending the day with him.“

He’s an excellent driver and his excellent English allows for both his long knowledge of Porto and his sense of humor to come through clearly. “Customer support screwed us up. I messaged Viator if we are going to be picked up at our hotel since there are 8 of us and Viator replied that we have to go to our meeting place at Hard Rock Cafe. Good thing one of the guides called our guide and was told he was waiting at our hotel. Saving grace, Tiago our guide was so professional and nice and made us feel relaxed to enjoy the rest of the tour. We were able to cover the actual itinerary inspite of losing almost an hour us waiting at the meeting place. Itinerary was a good one specially lunch at the resto recommended by Tiago. Most important, we came back to Lisbon safe and sound. I would give Viator one star and 5 stars to Tiago.“
“Tiago is an amazing guide. Perfectly organized trip. Tiago was the guide. Fluent in English and French. Very informative, friendly, and thoughtful. Every stop on the road was interesting and so worth it. No time wasted. Perfect balance between natural sites and historic/city/town attractions. Unlike some guides I have met, he didn’t force food and shopping on us but gave us a chance to roam around in beautiful places where we could eat and shop, or, like I wanted, just walk around and explore on our own. So we have both explored some sites with him and some sites without him.so had the best of both worlds. I absolutely loved every place we visited, took amazing photos and made amazing memories for life. Very, very grateful to Tiago for the wonderful day.
P.s He is a safe and comfortable driver too. I am usually afraid of other people driving me but he drove well…and I felt safe.“
